1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindImage.AI (“the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

MindImage.AI is an AI-powered platform that transforms, enhances, and stylizes images based on user uploads and selected templates. We do not guarantee specific results, output quality, or artistic accuracy for every input.

3. User Accounts

You may use limited features without an account. To access full functionality, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content.
  • Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or impersonate individuals without permission.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights, including generating replicas of copyrighted works or trademarks.
  • Upload images containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure or APIs.
  • Automate access beyond reasonable personal use (e.g., bots, bulk generation without authorization).

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. Generated outputs are provided to you for personal or commercial use, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

6. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

Free accounts receive a limited number of daily credits. Paid plans provide additional credits and features. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Abuse of free-tier limits may result in account restrictions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindImage.AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
